Reservation Change or Cancellation Fee
I fully understand that my change or cancellation request submitted to Plans of Elegance will not be processed until payment of the applicable change or cancellation fee has been submitted. Once payment is received by Plans of Elegance, my request will be processed and confirmation emailed to me.
In addition, third-party change and/or cancellation fees may apply. I also understand that unless travel insurance was purchased, all or a portion of my invested funds may be non-refundable. With travel insurance, the amount refunded will be determined solely by the respective insurance company upon receipt of any required supporting documentation. Plans of Elegance and its affiliates will in no way determine the amount of funds refunded by the insurance company or any third-party supplier.
Further, my roommate is fully aware of this request and any possible implications this change may have on their portion of the travel booking, including the application of a single supplement by the hotel/resort.
